Basic Baby Sign Language For Gentle Touch
Another valuable basic baby sign language is GENTLE TOUCH. Basically, it's one hand "petting" the back of the other hand, as if you were gently touching a kitty. Research shows that Baby's first inclination to the objects mostly would be to grab or squeeze it. With the GENTLE TOUCH sign, you can teach him to be kind and gentle touch the things. Remember to use soothing tone of your voice as you pet your hand. The sign is also useful when holding delicate objects or when visiting friends with younger babies than yours. Sign Instruction
