Act Out Game For Number Recognition

Number talk game combines nursery rhymes and finger plays which offers simple drama for children to act out.

Two Little Apples:

Two little apples high in a tree.(Stand with arms up high.)

Two little apples smiling at me.(Wiggle two round fists))

I shook that tree as hard as I could.(Shake two outstretched arms.)

Down came the apples.(Bring arms down from above head.)
Mm! Mm! Good!(Rub tummy.)

Five Little Monkeys:

Five little monkeys jumping on the bed.(Bounce fingers of one hand on palm of other hand.)

One fell off and bumped his head.(Slap top of head)

Mama called the doctor and doctor said:(Pantomime dialing a phone.) NO MORE MONKEYS JUMPING ON THE BED!(Shake figure,)
Four little monkeys...
