A pull-out storyThe game of pull-out story allows children to invent amazing stories by drawing words and pictures. 
Material Neededcolored markers Strips of paper Small box InstructionStep1Help children to print words or draw pictures of interesting nouns and verbs on strips of paper. Step2Gather children in a circle, place the strips of picture and/or words in a small box.Step3Ask children to pull out one strip apiece. Have them brainstorm a story to tell their friends, incorporating the suggestions on the strips. Step4Write down the stories that made by children, ask them to read the stories after. Children will happy to read their own stories.Note:Depending upon your children's language abilities, use words or word-picture combinations.
